Toasted Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roastery based in Wairau Park and Rosedale on Auckland’s North Shore and we have hours available across both our sites.
The showcase for our coffee is our beautiful, bustling cafes. We pride ourselves on offering a consistently high level of service and genuine, warm hospitality to our customers. We’re big on culture and value the importance of having fun, regardless of how busy service can be.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a full time barista who has 2-3 years experience in a high volume cafe (300-400 coffees per day) with a willingness to help on front of house as required. It's crucial you have an upbeat, warm personality and a genuine interest in hospitality as providing our customers with great service is something we pride ourselves on.Someone who has maturity, lots of initiative, is reliable and is mindful of the importance their role plays in the wider company. This role could also suit someone just looking for 3-4 days a week.
