-term role based in Wellington He angitūtanga | The opportunityWithin EECA's Corporate Services Group, the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Team is responsible for delivering, managing and securing the technology products and services that support the organisation's business processes and workflows.Due to recent turnover, we are looking for a Salesforce Product Support Specialist responsible for the day-day management, support, and enhancement of EECA's salesforce ecosystem.This isn't just about tickets and maintenance; it's about proactive enhancements, building smarter processes, and empowering our stakeholders with the tools they need to succeed.

Key responsibilities of the role include:Administer, configure, maintain and support EECA's Salesforce ecosystemEstablish and maintain effective working partnerships with stakeholders and usersCollaborate with business system owners to define and implement their product roadmapsManage and co-ordinate the deployment of system changesTrain and support product champions / subject matter experts within business units He kōrero mōu | About youTo be successful in this role, you'll have:5+ years' experience supporting Salesforce products (Public Sector Solutions, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and CRM Analytics)Experience building and maintaining Salesforce workflows and automation using Process Builder, Flow or ApexProficiency managing multiple product backlogs and navigating through competing prioritiesExperience in performing data imports, updates and changes within SalesforceExceptional customer service skills with a positive can-do, collaborative attitude Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou | What we offerAn important opportunity to join a government agency with a strong focus on delivery, to do meaningful work with motivated people that has a tangible impact on the lives of New Zealanders.
