You will ensure that all aspects of RMO rosters are coordinated effectively, and in a compliant manner. The RMO Advisor will support RMOs by facilitating leave and expense claim requests while building relationships with this group as well as the wider hospital.Tasks will include but not limited to the following:Building and maintaining strong relationships with RMOs and clinical service teamsManagement of RMO rosters, including seeking cover and entering RMO hours into the payroll systemBuilding and maintaining relationships across the Southern districtLiaising with agencies with regards to the temporary placement of locum RMOsProvision of cover to the wider team when they are on leaveAbout the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand Te Whatu Ora - Southern has the largest geographical coverage of all the New Zealand regions, providing services to 350,000 people in diverse communities.
