[ref. e51422521] Night Manager/Night Porter

You will have the ability to multitask, think on your feet, and have excellent attention to detail with a strong customer focus. A team player with knowledge of front office operations /systems.

Hours of work are 10:30pm - 7:00am 5 days a week on a roster including weekends.

Night Manager Role, part of your duties involve:

• Being in-charge of the hotel over-night
• Completing the night audit duties with accuracy
• Providing high level of customer service
• Taking responsibility for the safety and security of the building responding to emergency situations and any guest concerns within guidelines
• Effective supervision of night porter personal
• Late guest arrivals and early departures ensuring that room allocations and check in/check out processes follow set procedures and are customer focused

Night Porter Role, part of your duties involve:

• Setting up breakfast for next morning.
• Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests
• Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers (internal or external) are positive and productive
• Clean and maintain hotel public areas
• Prepare and deliver room service during the night
• Be fully conversant with departmental fire and evacuation procedures
