Foreman Drainlayer – Temp to Perm
We are on the lookout for an experienced Foreman Drainlayer to join a growing business on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This role is primarily residential, with work including septic tank installations, house drainage, and water tanks.
What we are looking for:- Proven residential drainlaying experience (essential)
- Strong ability to work independently and lead from the front
- Fit, hands-on, and not afraid of hard graft when required
- Ideally North Shore–based (yard located in Dairy Flat)
- Future-focused, with management experience or clear leadership potential
- $30–$45 per hour, depending on experience
- Company ute (travel to and from site/home)
- Future ownership pathways for the right person
- Opportunity to be first cab off the rank in a business set to expand rapidly over the next few years

Strong knowledge of NZ regulations and standards
Full NZ driver’s licence
