Shedder Labourer

We are looking for a motivated Shredder Labourer to join our dynamic earthmoving team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the civil construction and earthmoving industry.
Key Responsibilities- Operate shredding machinery and related equipment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Sort, load, and feed materials into the shredder for processing.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform routine cleaning of shredding equipment.
- Assist with material handling, including stacking and bundling processed materials.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Support other yard activities as directed by the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Support the team with general earthmoving activities as required.
- No prior experience required – full training provided.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
- Current driver’s licence.
- WTR preferred but not essential.
