Based in Henderson, Auckland, we produce a wide range of innovative concrete elements – from architectural cladding panels to bespoke planters, feature walls, street furniture, outdoor fireplaces, and one-off custom commissions.
We're on the hunt for a practical, detail-oriented carpenter or mould maker who’s keen to step outside the traditional building site and into a workshop-based role with variety and creativity.
The Role
You’ll be working in a dedicated team, building and modifying timber and composite moulds that form the basis of our GRC products. From simple planters to complex architectural elements, every day is a bit different.
You’ll Be Doing Things Like:- Constructing high-quality timber moulds from plans or concept drawings
- Reading shop drawings and helping resolve build details
- Working with timber, ply, MDF, foam, rubber, and fibreglass materials
- Assisting with prototype development and creative formwork solutions
- Collaborating with our casting and finishing teams to ensure accuracy and finish
- Trade background in carpentry, cabinetmaking, set building, or shopfitting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work from plans
- Comfortable using workshop tools and machinery
- A positive, can-do attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience with mould-making, GRP, or concrete casting is a bonus – but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator
