***What Makes This Job a Cut Above the Rest:***You'll be part of a small team but ideally like to take ownership and control of the job your either on or running
From time to time you may be needed on call during the week (the boss does weekends and most weeks) to attend Urgent call outs for insurance work.What You'll Be Building with us can include Restoration work, Reclads, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Deck, Rennovations, Kit set garages and insurance work
***What We’re Looking For: ***
Experience in carpentry and in a seniorSomeone to be able to run jobs and/or take a senior role
Be able to speak to clients
Be able to understand what needs to be done and when, to give subbies a heads up, An eye for detaile!
The ability to read plans without getting confused.
A sense of humour (and no not everyone does).
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Loves refreshments in a green bottle

Full clean drivers license, by clean your not about to loose it due to demerits
Reliable work ethic with a can do attitude
Doesn't pull sick days on the regular
