Processing Area Supervisor (Spice Room) - Auckland

• Monday - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm (40 hours minimum hours/week)
• Processing orders and picking through the ingredients needed.
• Train team members in the spice area, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with other areas within Cuisine Market to optimise production efficiency and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate picking, packing, and production records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene practices, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and organization.

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience with sole responsibility of a production line.
• Experience working with manual and basic automated production lines.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Excellent communication skills and strong team focus.
• Ambition to learn, grow, and develop within the company.

Pay: For the right candidate, we are paying $29.70 - $32/hour ($61,776 - $66,560 annually).
