Key accountabilities of the roleOperational and financial management of restaurant performance, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded wherever possible.
Driving sales and key business objectives through working with sales goals and participating in marketing activities

Leading aspects of recruitment, training, and coaching of junior Managers and Crew
Members
Do you have?
Hospitality or Fast-Food Industry experience
Must have at least 3 years of hospitality/ fast food industry/ relevant experience, with a minimum of one year managing at a high-volume level.Flexibility to work rotating shifts, late nights and weekends.
Must have Food safety and first aid certificationsApplicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
