**He angitutanga | The Opportunity**

This is a **Casual Position** where hours of work are **"as and when"** required basis upon business needs.

• Assist with preparing and presenting food and beverages, including portioning, plating, and basic food preparation.
• Deliver warm, friendly customer service, replenishing supplies and responding promptly to guest requests.
• Maintain clean, hygienic, and well-organised dining and kitchen areas — including tables, equipment, floors, waste handling, and public areas.
• Operate the cash register, follow cash-handling procedures, and ensure accurate customer transactions.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, follow instructions and company procedures, and carry out general duties such as dishwashing, stock rotation, and off-site food delivery.

• A reliable team player with previous experience in catering, hospitality, or a similar support role.
• Strong communicator with a positive, flexible attitude and the ability to follow routine tasks independently.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and committed to high personal presentation standards.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Able to obtain a Police Clearance and positively represent the Defence site environment.
