In this vital leadership position, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinical administration team, ensuring excellent service delivery and supporting a high-performing, collaborative work environment.What you will be doingYou will lead a dedicated team, managing workflows and providing clear direction to ensure administrative processes run seamlessly.Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:leading and managing the Radiology Administration team with confidence, clarity, and a focus on continuous improvementoverseeing and maintaining the electronic appointment booking systems to ensure accuracy and efficiencycoordinating staffing and resources to meet the needs of patients and the wider Radiology team, working closely with modality charge staff and service leadershipfostering a supportive, motivated team culture where skills and knowledge are shared openlymanaging the admin team roster, approving leave, and arranging cover as needed to ensure consistent support across all areassupporting the team in maintaining accurate patient records and data within our information systemsoverseeing the effective management of reception and other administration areas within Radiologyproviding hands-on leadership and operational guidance to ensure all administrative functions align with service goals.About the Team/Service/LocationHealth New Zealand
