The Hamilton Cosmopolitan Club is under New Management!

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking for stability, a young aspiring chef keen to settle and grow with the business or someone experienced seeking a new challenge. You will report to the Executive Chef working to deliver a great customer experience, great food in a happy workplace.

• Minimum 30 Hours Monday - Sunday
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Hourly rate based on experience and company structure

• Prepare vegetables, salads, sauces, garnishes, and basic food items
• Assist with portioning, marinating, and stock rotation
• Support function and catering preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
• Follow prep lists and instructions from senior chefs
• Support chefs during busy service periods

• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
• Ensure food is correctly labelled and stored
• Maintain cleaning schedules and safe food handling standards
• Follow Masse Hospitality and council compliance procedures

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential
