Solution Architect

We’re looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with strong experience in Financial Crime (FinCrime) domains and Pega platforms.

Duration - 12 months

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that help protect our customers and organization from financial crime — from fraud detection to AML and regulatory compliance.

Essential:

• Proven experience designing performant, scalable, and secure architectures in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, particularly AWS.
• Strong knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture (Kafka), and API design.
• Experience creating and governing architecture artefacts (building blocks, patterns, bounded contexts).
• Familiarity with modern API identity and gateway concepts.
• Experience integrating Pega with enterprise platforms (APIs, events, data products).
• Familiarity with Data Mesh, Data Products, or graph database concepts.
• Awareness of AI, networking, and front-end technologies (e.g., React).
• Experience with process, workflow and workforce management systems.
• Exposure to Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cloud Security, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across technical and business domains.
• Collaborative mindset; thrives in cross-functional, Agile teams.
