Housekeeper & All-Rounder

• Part time / Permanent / Minimum of 15 hours per week increasing over time / Immediate Start.
• Must be available to work weekends, public holidays, and school holidays on a rostered basis. We are, however willing to be flexible for the right person.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and servicing rooms to a high standard
• Guest check-ins and check-outs (face-to-face and over the phone)
• Handling bookings, inquiries, and email correspondence
• Using Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, etc.) for admin tasks
• Train and oversee other employees
• Running day-to-day operations alongside owners
• Basic property maintenance: pool cleaning, lawn mowing, and gardening.

What We're Looking For:

• Clear spoken and written English is a MUST!
• A bubbly, energetic personality with a warm and welcoming manner
• Previous cleaning experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic administration skills (Microsoft 365 proficiency essential)
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, and problem solve
• A great eye for detail and the ability to multitask
• Experience with Seekom reservation system is an advantage (but not essential)

Perks & Benefits:

• $24 - $29 p/hour (dependant on experience)
• Affordable onsite accommodation (3.5 bedroom house) with all utilities included
• One weekend off per month.
