General Labourer - Te Awamutu

As a General Labourer, you will assist with daily construction and tunneling operations. You will work under the direction of site supervisors and skilled tradespeople to ensure safe and productive site conditions.

• Assist in setting up and maintaining work sites
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Handle materials and equipment
• Perform site clean-up and debris removal
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Support tunneling and excavation operations as required
• Load and unload construction materials

• Previous experience in construction or general labour (preferred but not required)
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
• Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Confined Space Entry) are an asset
