We’re looking for reliable and fast-working Insulation Installers to join the Insulation Crew (https://insulationcrew.co.nz/) in Christchurch. If you want a steady job with guaranteed hours, great pay, a friendly team, and the chance to earn even more by working efficiently, this could be the perfect role for you!
What’s in it for you?- Permanent position - job security with annual leave/holiday pay - no temporary or contracting work.
- 30 hours guaranteed each week (but extra hours if you want them).
- High per meter rates ($2/m ceiling/underfloor insulation, $1.50/m GVB and $1/m foil removal) – the more you install per hour, the more you earn.
- 30 per hour minimum + KiwiSaver - you'll always get at least that, no matter what.
- A mix of jobs – Warmer Kiwi Homes, retrofits, commercial and new builds.
- $1,000 staff referral bonus – Get your mate on board, and you both score $500 cash.
- Someone who’s hardworking and reliable and can turn up on time.
- Someone who wants a permanent role and can commit to working with our crew for a while
- Existing insulation installation experience required, ideally with Warmer Kiwi Homes installs.
- Full driver’s licence required.
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa required.
