We are currently looking for Full-time CSRs in our busy gas station.
Benefits- Wages - $25-$30/hour
- Working Hours - Min 30 hrs/week
- Level 3- Certificate is required.
- OR One year of relevant experience is required.
As a CSR, you are required to perform the following task and duties, but not limited to:-
Ensure cheerful presentation at all times, greeting of guests and assist them in taking orders
Connecting with customers and taking random customer feedback to assess their satisfaction regarding customer-service.
Responding to customers’ inquiries and complaints
Ensuring the facility comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance during your working hoursEnsure exceptionally high level of customer services during the shift.
Assist manager in purchasing as per requirement and following budget
Keep record of all financial transactions during duty hours
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions during the shift
Assisting the Manager smooth implication of policies and procedures
Assist manager in recruitment, selection and hiring of employees
Assist the manager in preparing budget and estimating prices for different types of expenses and ensure liquidity to maintain appropriate cash flow.Assist with cooking and operating fryers in new kitchen set-up within the business.
