FRONT OFFICE MANAGER Set the service tone for an unforgettable guest experience from Day One!We’re seeking a polished, guest-obsessed hospitality professional to lead Front Office operations and build a high-performing FO team from scratch.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Overseeing reception, guest services and concierge
- Establishing FO service standards and SOPs pre-opening
- Recruitment, training and coaching your team
- Ensuring seamless daily operations and top-tier guest satisfaction
- FOM or Assistant FOM experience in quality hotels
- Pre-opening experience highly desirable
- Strong leadership and a calm, guest-centric approach
