Three Rivers Contracting is a well-established agricultural contracting and transport business based in Southland.

We're looking for an experienced Digger Operator to join our team in a hands-on role offering a wide variety of work across civil, agricultural, and rural projects. There may also be opportunities to work alongside our sister company, MI Aggregates.

About the Role

• Agricultural excavation
• Lane and accessway construction
• Tree work
• Civil works
• Quarry and aggregate operations

This role would suit someone who enjoys diverse work, takes pride in producing quality results, and is happy working across different environments and projects.

About You

• Has proven experience operating diggers (essential)
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in safe operation and machine care
• Is reliable, motivated, and has a strong work ethic
• Holds a Class 5 Truck Licence, or is willing to obtain one, to assist with transporting machinery (desirable but not essential)
• Is willing to lend a hand across different areas of the business during seasonal demands
