About the role and who we are looking for:
Our ESS team are looking for a Casual Catering Assistant to work at our Defence site in Trentham, Upper Hutt. Hours of work are on a as and when required basis, dependent on business needs.- general café duties,
- front of house,
- clearing tables,
- dishwashing,
- basic food preparation and presentation,
- providing professional customer service
- assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.
- energetic person with a great customer service and team player focus
- multitasker, organised, hardworking, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
- some experience working in a similar position
- hold a food safety (Unit Standard 167) or be happy to train for one.
