Sales & Accounts Manager (+ Training)

As the Sales & Accounts Manager, you'll lead client acquisition and retention across test & tag, fire safety training, and fire equipment services. Your primary focus is generating new business through cold calling, site visits, and partnership building with contractors and schools.
You'll manage client accounts and coordinate bookings.
This role is commission-based with a rate for each fire training session delivered. Training sessions are short and structured (including video, Q&A, and live fire extinguisher use), and you'll be supported with resources and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert new leads in schools, commercial, and industrial sectors
- Maintain client relationships
- Deliver fire safety training sessions (paid per session)
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue via CRM
- Report weekly
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in sales and account management
- Confident communicator with a professional presence
- Strong time management and self-motivation
Bonus if you have fire safety knowledge or training experience (but not required)
Compensation:
