Landscape Gardener - Auckland

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our team in Auckland. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces across residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires a good eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Carrying out garden maintenance including mowing, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, and hedge trimming
• Laying turf, irrigation systems, and garden edging
• Following garden and landscape plans and working to project timelines
• Operating hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensuring all work sites are clean, safe, and left tidy after each job
• Communicating clearly with clients and reporting progress to supervisors

• Proven experience in landscaping or gardening (min 1–2 years preferred)
• Good knowledge of plants, soils, and seasonal garden care
• Physically fit and able to do manual labour outdoors in all weather
• Able to read basic landscape plans and follow verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator
• *BONUS* (Not essential) Ability to build and install garden beds, retaining walls, pavers, decks, and fencing.
