Fabricator Welder

At BWORTH LIMITED, we are seeking skilled and experienced Fabricator Welders to join our team. This is permanent full-time employment with a minimum of 32 hrs/week. Our team comprises passionate experts who are dedicated to understanding clients' (Residential and Commercial) unique vision.

• Key Responsibilities: p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Perform MIG/TIG welding, cutting, and fabrication using steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Read blueprints and technical drawings to produce precise components. p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Operate machinery like plasma cutters, grinders, and CNC equipment. p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Ensure all work meets NZ safety standards and quality benchmarks. p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines. p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Assisting the team in completing heavy structural fabrication for residential and commercial projects

What We're Looking For:

• p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> 3+ years' relevant experience OR trade qualification NZQA Level 4 or higher
• p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication tools.
• p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Strong attention to detail, physical fitness, and a safety-first mindset.
