Role responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining successful business relationships
- Providing customers with relevant information on new products, services, compliance, and market/industry developments
- Actively identify opportunities to provide solution-based services
- Account Management within your designated territory
- Analysing customer contracts to identify potential sales opportunities with existing customer base
- Developing new business opportunities and portfolio growth within your territory
To be successful, you must have:
- A hunter with perseverance and resilience - able to turn a no into a yes!
- Proven experience within B2B & direct sales
- Strong commercial awareness
- Previous account management experience with strong reporting and time management disciplines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A track record of exceeding sales budgets
- Strong business acumen, influencing and relationship building skills - solution based selling mindset
- Work closely with your support team and understand the value of teamwork
- Be an active team member and support the sales team to win
- Intermediate computer skills and ability to learn new systems
