Personal Trainer / Floor Consultant (Mon 5–7pm) Whitby Club
Two hours, big impact. We’re after a people-first coach to support our members on Monday evenings. One talented person can take both roles, or we can split them.
What you’ll do
Floor Consultant (5–7pm)
Welcome new members, handle sign-ups & orientations
Keep the floor humming: member support, basic admin, tidy & presentable
Deliver friendly, consistent customer service
Personal Trainer (adjacent to the above or as demand grows)
Programme for member goals and coach 1:1 or small groups
Convert interest from the floor into paying clients
We’ll support you to build a client base and provide lead opportunities
What matters most
Reliability on Monday nights
Warm, confident communicator who loves helping people
PT: fitness qualification requiredFloor: qualification not required (basic exercise knowledge preferred)
Hours
Every Monday, 5–7pm (with options to grow PT hours as client demand builds)
