About the Role:

We're seeking a driven and experienced Truck Sales Consultant to join a high-performing dealership representing one of Australia's most trusted truck brands. This role is perfect for a confident, self-motivated salesperson with a proven track record in truck, automotive, or commercial vehicle sales.

You'll be responsible for developing new business, managing key client relationships, and driving sales performance across the region. Success in this role means hitting your targets, maintaining strong customer relationships, and representing the brand with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, business owners, and trade clients
  • Manage the full sales process — from prospecting to closing deals
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and after-sales support
  • Work towards and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records

What You'll Need:

  • Proven sales experience in trucks, automotive, or commercial vehicles
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship-building and follow-up discipline
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in managing the full sales cycle
  • Experience with Isuzu or other major truck brands (advantageous but not essential)
