About the Role Right now, we are looking for a SterileSupply Technician to join our Central Sterilising Unit (CSU) Team.
The CSU unit cleans all the soiled medicalequipment coming out of the operating theatre.The team then sterilize, prepare, and seal,the medical equipment for reuse back in theatre and elsewhere in the hospital.
Theteam are a critical support team, in thebackground but providing a vital function for our hospital services.About YouWe are looking for someone who is flexibleand willing to work a rostered and rotating shift work pattern.
The rolerequires someone who can work with a high degree of attention to detail and concentration.
Here- s what else we are looking for in an ideal candidate: Preference will be given to applicants who currently hold theSterilising Certificate; however, consideration will be given to those who arewilling to gain the qualification.
The ability to work efficiently and effectively, both as part of a teamand independently.
