Key Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in retail, customer service, or supermarket environment (preferred)
- Level 2 or above qualification in retail services or a related field
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations
- Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked retail shelves and displays
- Operate POS systems, handle EFTPOS and cash transactions accurately
- Unpack and restock inventory, rotate products, and check expiry dates
- Assist in receiving deliveries and maintaining stockroom organisation
- Follow store safety, hygiene, and security procedures
- Support team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
