About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified, professional, and dedicated full-time nanny to provide exceptional care for three children aged 10 months, 3 years, and 5 years.

This is a long-term role within a respectful, multicultural family environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, a genuine passion for child development, and the ability to support early learning through structured, age-appropriate activities.

• Provide attentive, high-quality care for three children across different developmental stages
• Support early childhood learning, including reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational, creative, and developmental activities
• Engage actively with the children in both indoor and outdoor play
• Support consistent daily routines appropriate to each child’s age and stage
• Maintain a safe, calm, and well-organised environment for the children
• Travel internationally with the family once or twice per year, as required

• Strong educational background, preferably with tertiary qualifications in education, child development, early childhood education, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience caring for multiple young children in a professional capacity
• Ability to teach and support early literacy, writing, and foundational numeracy
• Current CPR certification — compulsory
• Full, valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Physically capable of engaging in active play with children indoors and outdoors
• Flexible availability, including weekends as required
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally and spend time outside New Zealand

• Early childhood education or teaching experience
• Ability to speak a second language
• First aid certification in addition to CPR
• Experience working with multicultural families
• Positive approach to health, wellbeing, and child development
