About the Role
We are seeking a highly qualified, professional, and dedicated full-time nanny to provide exceptional care for three children aged 10 months, 3 years, and 5 years.
This is a long-term role within a respectful, multicultural family environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, a genuine passion for child development, and the ability to support early learning through structured, age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, high-quality care for three children across different developmental stages
- Support early childhood learning, including reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational, creative, and developmental activities
- Engage actively with the children in both indoor and outdoor play
- Support consistent daily routines appropriate to each child’s age and stage
- Maintain a safe, calm, and well-organised environment for the children
- Travel internationally with the family once or twice per year, as required
- Strong educational background, preferably with tertiary qualifications in education, child development, early childhood education, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience caring for multiple young children in a professional capacity
- Ability to teach and support early literacy, writing, and foundational numeracy
- Current CPR certification — compulsory
- Full, valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Physically capable of engaging in active play with children indoors and outdoors
- Flexible availability, including weekends as required
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally and spend time outside New Zealand
- Early childhood education or teaching experience
- Ability to speak a second language
- First aid certification in addition to CPR
- Experience working with multicultural families
- Positive approach to health, wellbeing, and child development
