This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. The working hours are between Monday to Sunday between 5 am to 4.30 pm. You should be flexible to work on Public Holidays when required.
Key Responsibilities:.
Maintain and maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies ensuring the freshness and quality of all products.
Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
Store and organise food items efficiently ensuring proper dating and assisting in controlling wastage.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, and health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen and café staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Perform any additional duties as requested by the Director or Reporting Manager.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.

- Qualification & Experience
At least 2 years work experience as a Kitchen hand.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays as required.Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining cleanliness.

Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within specified timeframes.
Ability to maintain a professional demeanour when interacting with clients and colleagues.
