As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Parts Procurement and Store Manager to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our world-class production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the purchasing of parts and materials from both international and local suppliers.
• Lead and supervise a team of three store and procurement staff.
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of parts to support production needs (“just-in-time” management).
• Work closely with the Quality Control Department to ensure all incoming parts meet required standards before acceptance.
• Manage stock levels efficiently and organize parts delivery to customers as required.
• Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate terms that benefit the business.

About You:

• Minimum degree in Supply Line Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire a small team.
• Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for excellence.
• Good communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Knowledge of the heavy transport industry is an advantage but not essential – full support and training will be provided.
