We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Labourer with KLE qualifications to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and maintains a high standard of health and safety on site.About the Role
You will be working across a variety of construction and civil projects, supporting site operations and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements- Minimum 2 years’ experience required for labouring on Construction / Earthwork sites,
- Current KLE qualifications/certification
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or within a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Reliable transport and punctuality
- Construct safe certification
- Must hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test, whilst undergoing frequent site testing
- General site labouring duties
- Assisting tradespeople and machine operators
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Must be flexible and able to adapt to last-minute changes
- Must be a fast learner
- Must be available 7 days per week
- Must be medically fit for duty and comply with all workplace drug and alcohol policies
