Guided by the Japanese philosophy of Omotenashi – anticipating needs and delivering genuine, heartfelt hospitality – we are seeking a Sales Manager who will inspire the team, shape our culture, and ensure every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.

About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will be driving the force behind our sales team – setting the tone, leading be example, and creating an environment where both people and performance thrive.

This is a hands-on leadership role, where your presence on the showroom floor will shape the guest experience and inspire confidence. You will bring energy, passion for luxury, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring every interaction reflects the refined and thoughtful nature of the brand.

You will:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high performing team of Vehicle Consultants
  • Champion a culture grounded in Omotenashi – thoughtful, personalised service that anticipates every need
  • Deliver a seamless, personalised, and premium guest experience
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining the integrity of the Lexus brand
  • Identify opportunities to elevate both team capability and customer satisfaction
  • Take pride in going above and beyond – for your team and your guests

About You

You understand that luxury is not just a product, but a feeling created through every interaction. You lead with authenticity, bring an uplifting energy to your environment, and inspire those around you to perform at their best.

You will bring:

  • Proven success to automotive or premium retail sales
  • Leadership experience with a passion for developing and empowering people
  • A deep appreciation for luxury, service excellence, and attention to detail
  • The ability to build meaningful relationships with both guests and team members
  • Drive resilience, and a desire to consistently exceed expectations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities with ease
