**About the role:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Part-Time Kitchen Assistant** to work at **Blenheim Hospital**.This is a **permanent part-time role**, working **3 hours per week**, with set hours agreed in advance to support consistency and work–life balance.

**Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:**

In this position you will be responsible for;
  • Basic food preparation
  • Sandwich making
  • Providing superb customer service
  • Serving meals
  • Stock control
  • Assisting in general kitchen and cleaning duties

**He korero mou / About you:**

If you're our ideal candidate;
  • You will have good communication skills, be well presented, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Ideally you will already have some experience working in a commercial kitchen, hold a food safety certificate (Unit Standard 167 and 168) (or be happy to train for one).
  • You will have superior customer service skills but
  • Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
