We’re partnering with a well-regarded environmental services team fromCambrilea Weedspraying and Riparian Plantingto find hands-on Team Members who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in practical, meaningful work.

What you’ll bring to the team

You’re someone who shows up, gets stuck in, and takes pride in doing the job properly.
  • You enjoy physical, outdoor work and are comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • You bring reliability and a strong work ethic—your team knows they can count on you
  • You’re safety-conscious and follow processes to ensure work is completed the right way
  • You work well in a team and contribute to a positive, supportive environment
  • You’re open to learning new skills, including plant identification and spraying techniques
  • You hold (or are willing to gain) relevant certifications such as Growsafe or similar
Previous experience in landscaping, conservation, horticulture, or outdoor labouring is helpful—but not essential if you bring the right attitude.

You’ll be joining a down-to-earth, practical crew who take pride in improving natural environments and maintaining high standards across their projects.

Role details
  • Hours: Full-time (typically Monday to Friday, with early starts)
  • Location: Waikato region (travel may be required)
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
