Preparing and packaging our handmade products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- managing your own daily production schedule
- ordering ingredients, packaging and supplies
- preparing dumpling fillings and mixes
- hand wrapping dumplings — prior experience essential (we’ll train you in our specific styles)
- packaging and labelling frozen dumplings
- recording batches and maintaining audit logs
- making and bottling chilli oil, dipping sauces, and pickled veges
- processing orders and coordinating deliveries with our driver
- maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
- previous dumpling wrapping experience is essential
- physically fit. Some heavy lifting required (trolley provided)
- self motivated and able to manage your own time
- reliable, detail-orientated, and food safety aware
- food production or commercial kitchen experience a plus
This position starts part time with the potential to grow into a full time role over time.
