Job Description – STM FiT Coach (Bootcamp & Personal Trainer)**
At STM FiT, being a coach isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to make a real impact. You'll help people reach and maintain their health and fitness goals while being part of a passionate, supportive team.
This role offers flexibility:
- Take on consistent **part-time hours** running Bootcamp classes.
- Or expand into a **full-time role** by adding **rent-free personal training**, with access to leads and marketing support.
**Are You a Good Fit?**
You're likely a great match if:
- You’re passionate about helping members achieve their health and fitness goals.
- You love interacting with people — being welcoming, positive, and ready to celebrate wins with your clients.
- You’ve completed or are currently completing **at least a Certificate III/IV in Personal Training**.
- **Bootcamp Coaching:**
Our Bootcamp program is fully built, but there’s room for your own flair (within our training guidelines). You’ll coach workouts that change weekly, covering key areas like:
- Functional training
- Cardio & core
- Boxing fitness
- Weight training
- Mobility & range of motion
- Higher intensity/challenging classes
- **Optional Events:**
We run both social and physical group events that help strengthen our community. Participation is optional, but it's a great way to connect and grow within the team.
**Personal Training Opportunities (Optional):**Want to add PT clients to your week?
- You can train them **rent-free**, saving /$150–/$200 weekly.
- We provide **sales and marketing support** to help you build a client base quickly.
- Use multiple lead channels — including our large member base — to grow your PT business fast.
