- About the roleAs Division Administrator (Operations), you will provide comprehensive operational, financial, and human resource administrative support to the Division of Health.
Your work will ensure the smooth coordination of financial transactions, staff recruitment administration, facilities coordination, and day-to-day operational logistics across the Division.This is a varied and collaborative role where you will work closely with academic and professional staff to support recruitment administration, purchasing and finance processes, facilities coordination, travel arrangements, and divisional events.
You will also contribute to improving administrative systems by developing templates, procedures, and workflows that enhance efficiency and accuracy.Salary will be in the range of $73,235 to $87,024 per year based on skills, knowledge and experience brought to the position.
