Hallmark Group is New Zealand's largest kiwi-owned door manufacturer, delivering market leading products and service. Based in Rangiora, just outside Christchurch, our manufacturing facility has supported the country’s architecture, design, and construction industries for over 30 years.

In this role you’ll be responsible for preparing, wrapping and staging finished doors ready for delivery. Working closely with our Production team, you’ll help make sure everything is packed correctly, labelled accurately and ready to go on time

• Wrapping and strapping door packs to spec
• Checking labels, paperwork and product before dispatch
• Using our systems (ERP/Kanban) to track stock and materials
• Reporting any issues or stock discrepancies
• Driving a forklift to move goods across the site

• Current and valid forklift licence with proven dispatch or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling and documentation
• Effective communicator with coordination experience across teams
• Knowledge of packing standards and material handling best practices (preferred but not essential)
• Basic record keeping or system entry experience (preferred)
• Familiar with Kanban and lean inventory systems (preferred but not essential)
• Physically fit, safety focused and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable and a reliable team player who leads by example
