Payrate: $28–$32 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30

Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
or
  • A Level 4 or above relevant qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, threading, tinting, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments
  • Conduct skin and body consultations and recommend appropriate treatments or products
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the salon environment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional service and follow-up
  • Maintain client records and bookings accurately using salon software
  • Upsell retail products and additional services as suitable for client needs
  • Assist with reception duties, stock control, and salon cleanliness as required
  • Stay updated on new beauty trends, techniques, and health regulations
