Team Member

Khakh & Aulakh Limited is currently seeking a Team Member to join our growing team in the Wellington region. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and focused individual committed to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting seamless daily operations.

• Prepare and cook food items following established recipes and company quality standards
• Greet customers politely, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently when required
• Follow recipe guidelines precisely for seasoning, cooking, and serving food
• Ensure consistency in food preparation while adhering to health, safety, and company standards
• Monitor stock levels and inform management or assist in placing orders for supplies as needed
• Clean and sanitise kitchen tools, utensils, and equipment before and after use
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, and chillers
• Keep food preparation areas, cooking stations, and storage areas clean and organised
• Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients in line with food safety regulations
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene practices at all times
• Assist with basic food prep tasks, including washing, cutting, measuring, and mixing ingredients
• Prepare and package meals for takeaway or delivery orders
• Carry out additional duties as directed by management to support day-to-day operations.

to $27 per hour.

• Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Available to work on weekends and late shifts as required.
• Strong communication and people skills
• Dependable, well-organised, and comfortable working in a busy environment
• Physically capable of standing for long hours
• Motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to changing shift schedules
