Build the right things. Prove they matter.

At Phocas, we don’t measure product success by what ships. We measure it by what changes — for our customers and for the business.

As a Product Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of product bets. Not a roadmap of features, but a set of deliberate investments — each grounded in a real customer problem, a clear hypothesis, and a measurable outcome.

You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers, shape high-conviction bets, and work alongside engineering and design to make sure we solve problems worth solving. This is a role for someone who values data over opinion and outcomes over output.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Own a portfolio of bets
Define, shape, and actively manage a set of product bets. Advance, reshape, or kill them based on evidence.
  • Drive continuous customer discovery
Stay close to customers through regular interviews, observation, and data. Make customer insight a weekly habit.
  • De-risk before building
Test value, usability, feasibility, and viability using fast, low-cost experiments. Kill weak ideas early.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and design
Bring the problem and outcome. Partner to find the best solution. Hold value and viability.
  • Own outcomes, not output
Track whether bets deliver on adoption, retention, or revenue. Learn and feed that back into the portfolio.
  • Leverage AI in product and practice
Use AI to improve discovery, synthesis, and delivery. Explore how it creates new product value.
  • Align stakeholders and tell a clear story

Communicate what you’re betting on, why, and what you’re learning. No surprises.

What we’re looking for:

  • Customer obsession
  • Hypothesis-driven thinking
  • Outcome focus
  • Commercial acumen
  • AI fluency
  • Strong communication and influence
  • Analytical thinking
  • Execution and resilience
Why Phocas?
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a suite of fast-growing products used by thousands of customers globally.
  • A friendly, collaborative team that values trust, autonomy, and continuous improvement.
  • Spacious, centrally located offices and flexible working options

If you’re excited about data, customer insights, and building software people love to use, we’d love to hear from you.
