While we are ideally looking for a 2nd or 3rd-year apprentice, we are open to hearing from anyone with the right attitude who is ready to commit to the trade.
The Role
Working under the guidance of our Operations Manager and Team Leaders, you will ensure scheduled works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This isn't just about pulling cables; it’s about learning the intricacies of solar technology in a fast-growing industry.
Your responsibilities will include:- Site Works: Carrying out installations safely and efficiently under instruction.
- Safety First: Prioritizing Health & Safety and completing all required H&S documentation.
- Documentation: Managing your own "On-Job" books and apprenticeship documentation.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a clean image and professional demeanour with our valued clients.
- Development: Engaging in off-site training and keeping up to date with industry standards and regulations.

About YouYou are enthusiastic, eager to learn, and take pride in the quality of your work.
What we’re looking for:- Experience: Ideally 2+ years into your apprenticeship, but we value attitude above all else.
- Skills: A reasonable level of mathematics is vital for your calculations and daily tasks.
- Physicality: You must be physically fit and confident working on roofs and at heights.
- Certifications: Current First Aid and Height Safety certification is preferred.
- Organization: Highly detailed oriented with strong time management skills.
