About Ashbury Heights Village

Ashbury Heights Village opened its doors in January 2025, setting a new standard for premium retirement living in Maunu, Whangarei. This next-generation lifestyle village offers breathtaking views and incorporates advanced healthcare and smart technology.

Stage one of development is now complete, featuring six architecturally designed independent homes. Among them is the signature ‘Regal’ home, currently serving as the hub for community activities and staff operations. The next phase of homes will be handed over soon.

A key highlight is the state-of-the-art care centre, featuring 61 spacious, apartment-style care suites with direct access to beautifully landscaped gardens. Future plans include a specialised dementia care facility to expand our comprehensive support offerings.

Upon full completion, residents will enjoy access to an impressive range of amenities in the main building, including a restaurant, café, library, hair salon, medical centre, indoor pool, gym, bar, bakery, and a wellness centre.

About the Role – Mo te Turanga

We are seeking a passionate and motivated salesperson to showcase and sell the outstanding lifestyle options at Ashbury Heights Village. This position offers a minimum of 32 hours per week, with the potential for full-time. You’ll work on a fixed 7-day roster alongside another member of the sales team.

Immediate start available.

You’ll help prospective residents and their families explore options—from independent living to rest home and hospital-level care. If you enjoy a dynamic, people-focused environment and value meaningful work, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell a variety of lifestyle options: independent villas, care suites, and future dementia care
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with prospective residents and families
  • Conduct personalised village tours tailored to individual needs
  • Keep CRM records accurate and current
  • Support marketing efforts, including events, campaigns, and open days
  • Assist new residents through onboarding and ensure a warm welcome
  • Provide regular sales activity updates to village management
  • Support daily village operations, maintaining high presentation and service standards
  • Act as a proud ambassador for Ashbury Heights, representing our values and contributing to a vibrant community
