  • Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Programme Coordinator to support He Kokonga Whare a Kitea, a strategic programme of work that aims to accelerate student success.
He Kokonga Whare a Kitea project is a partnership with the University of Canterbury and is being funded by the TEC.

The He Kokonga Whare a Kitea programme integrates this project with other initiatives that are focused on enhancing overall student experience, increasing qualification retention, and developing organisational data capability to support student success within learning and teaching.

The Programme Coordinator will work across this programme of work to support an integrated approach.This is a fixed-term, full-time or secondment role through to 18 December 2026.Key responsibilities include the following:Providing high-quality programme coordination across multiple workstreams and projects within the He Kokonga Whare e Kitea programmeSupport financial tracking, reporting, and documentationAssist with programme evaluation, reporting, and communicationsCoordinate governance and team meetings and liaise with internal external stakeholdersŌ pūmanawa
