Links Apartments is an iconic high rise building in Paraparaumu Beach.

We are looking for a local person who wants a flexible part time Contractor role that is interesting and challenging.

You'll work approximately 40 hours per month, meaning some weeks are busy and some are not, it depends on you, your time management and the needs of the building. The pay is $2,100.00 per month, approximately $50 per hour.

The role is about communication and organisation. We want you to liaise with residents, tradespeople and suppliers. You need to plan visit times, provide access and communicate issues and events. There are regular planned servicing bookings like the elevator or alarm servicing, and then there are unexpected damage or faults requiring you to co-ordinate review, source quotes and facilitate repairs.

The best fit will be a flexible person who lives locally, has excellent communication and organisational skills, and is computer savvy. You need to be able to demonstrate that you have worked with tradespeople in some capacity and organised their time.

As the role is a contractor position you will need to manage your own tax/GST etc
