This job required the ability to cook Indian food and have an understanding/ experience of kitchen management and Food & Kitchen Hygiene. Must have more than 3 years of Indian cooking experience. Alongside, should be able to take responsibilities such as taking phone orders, ordering supplies and managing suppliers, as well as kitchen responsibilities other than cooking, such as safe food handling, kitchen hygiene management and cleaning (Cooking area).
