Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivatedTrade & Builder Sales Consultantto join our team.About the Role
This is a mixed role involvingbuilder relationship development and showroom sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with builders and construction companies
- Visiting building sites and maintaining builder accounts
- Assisting customers in our showroom
- Preparing quotes and following up enquiries
- Helping clients select flooring products for their projects
- Working closely with our installation team to deliver projects
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (flooring, construction, or trade industry is a bonus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries
- Full driver's licence
What We Offer
- Base salary +Uncapped commission structure
- OTE $70,000 – $120,000+ depending on performance
