A qualified, dedicated kaiako who: ** Has strong knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and Pasifika and Maori learning perspectives

• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team
• Communicates clearly, manages time effectively, and is passionate about toddlers
• Builds warm, respectful relationships with tamariki, and whanau
• Is confident in supporting the Centre Manager with daily operations and decision-making
• Brings a clear vision for creating positive outcomes as a team leader

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education / Graduate Diploma of Teaching (ECE) – NZQA Level 7
• Current full teacher registration (or working towards it)
